Help! I need help to identify my doll?

I need help to identify a doll I purchased here on ebay. She is full vinyl, hand written 016 on her neck, has the word "Penny" stamped under both arms, inset eyes and applied lashes, is 18" tall. She also has pierced ears.
Any help would be appreciated!
