Hello everyone,
Have you had a problems with USPS? I bought two products from a seller ($40) total and he gave me a tracking number, it had been stuck in the sorting facility since June 5th. I called USPS and they said I can't do anything about it but to contact the seller. When I contacted the seller the communications were rather slow (would receive an email after two or three days) and they were rather vague. I had to leave a neutral feedback because in a day or two I wouldn't be able to (after 60 days?). I'll see if anything comes about, if anything changes, I'll update and see if I can change the neutral feedback.

Hello 'guardianangels',
If it would not seem too impertinent, mind if I ask you a question? . . . How could you have been on
ebay so long and apparently not stumbled upon any of the more important policies?
To start with, why in blazes would you have waited so long for an item that did not arrive? A seller
needs to be able to prove delivery. Obviously, stuck in the US mail somewhere is not 'delivered', at least
not to you.
When you buy on ebay you have 45 days in which to file a claim. I think it's good to be reasonable and
decent and to wait as long as possible. But by day 40, contact the seller. By no later than day 43, open
your claim, and do not close it until you have your item or your refund.
See for yourself:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/item-not-received.html#steps
Also, you cannot change the feedback at all. When you left it, you must have seen the blurb just before
you click to finalize, the one that tells you it cannot be changed. A seller can send you a request for
revision, http://pages.ebay.ca/help/feedback/questions/remove.html
but only if it is less than 30 days old: http://pages.ebay.ca/help/feedback/revision-request.html#when
That said, if you paid with a credit card there is always a chance you could call the 1-800 number for
Customer Service (from the back of the card or statement) and ask to do a chargeback. Cards have
longer deadlines than the ebay/paypal resolution system, but deadlines all the same so if this is an option,
have all the transaction details in front of you and call now.
One more thing. Just out of curiosity, what happens when you enter the tracking number here:

Was this an item sent through gsp and it is stuck at the Kentucky gsp center or was it sent to you directly and is stuck at an actual sorting center somewhere in the U.S.?
Either way, it does sound as if you have missed the deadline for filing a claim but if it is an item sent through the global shipping program, you could try phoning ebay about it. They might give a little more leeway when the gsp is involved.

You are too late for Paypal or eBay to help you.
Go to the credit card you actually used to pay (PP is just the mediator) and phone the 1-800 customer service number. Ask about a chargeback.
Have all your dates, transaction numbers and payment amounts ready to help the clerk with your refund.
