Locating eBay Coupon

I was told my an eBay rep on a support call that I would be receiving an eBay coupon form them (eBay). A couple of days later I received a message in my inbox saying that they have sent me a coupon, and where I can see it. However, when I follow the directions and go to the 'Buying' - 'Didn't Win' section, I see no coupons at the bottom of the page. It does state there that if you can't see a coupon then you haven't been issued one.

Does anyone know what's up with this r where I can locate coupons that are supposed to be there?

Yeah. This happened to me as well and I can only assume it is because the CSRs are clueless as to the existence of ebay Canada. i could only find (and use) said coupon if I logged into ebay.com.

On the upside, it had been given to me in USD which made it more valuable than if it had in fact been issued in CAD like it was supposed to be. Use your ID to log into ebay.com and check it against your how-to-find instructions there.

Yup, you were exactly right. Logging into the .COM site I see it there. Thanks.
