It should have been delivered by the 28th of March.

It shouldn't be taking this long, I'm probably going to get a complaint about this in about a week or two.

Since the USPS is the one on the delivery end it is best to check to see what their tracking system says:

"Your item is being held at the Post Office in MOORESVILLE, NC 28117 on March 25, 2017 at 9:28 am because the business was closed. The item will be delivered the next delivery day that the business is open. If this item is unclaimed after 30 days then it will be returned to the sender."

I also had an issue with this exact shipping address. I sold a Tom Brady 2000 Fleer Metal Rookie, and was contacted more than a week after it was delivered, that the packaged arrived sealed but empty. I have been on eBay since 1998 and have shipped tens of thousands of packages. I have NEVER sent an empty package.

I told the buyer I would only refund them if they returned the mailing box to me, so I could file an insurance claim. They agreed, but more than a week later, told me that it had been "thrown away".

Also, checking the feedback they left for others, shows they left a negative to a seller, claiming the packaged had arrived "empty".
