Unable to contact eBay

Dear Sir, I seem to be completely unable to contact Ebay about my account. I'm constantly receiving messages someone else is using my account when it is me all along.

Also I am in the UK, cannot make contact with ebay about this issue by message or phone as the numbers will not work for me.

Could someone please call me.
