Your bidding is private from everyone but the seller whose item you're bidding on. 

Or are you asking about Private Feedback? Tread carefully there, many sellers avoid buyers with Private Feedback wherever they can.

If you are bidding, any other bidder sees your ID as "a****b", the same as you see the IDs of other bidders.

If you are worried about others in your household you can take several steps.

Change your eBay ID and don't tell anyone.

Change your eBay password and don't tell anyone.

Always log out of eBay and don't allow your password to autofill.

Don't leave feedback.

Ask your seller not to leave feedback for you. (Some have this set up as an automatic fill, but most do it manually.)

But frankly, no one really cares what you are bidding on. They have their own lives and problems.
