Are you a seller who is sending a label to your buyer for a return?
If the buyer is in Canada, just go to Paypal and make a shipping label, then email it as an attachment.
If the buyer is anywhere else in the world, my suggestion would be to find a seller of postage from the buyer's country and send stamps, but this would be horribly slow.
