Go to canadapost.ca and enter the number in the tracking box.  It may (or may not) register and let you know if it has cleared Canada Customs..

You have not received the item?

Has it been more than 30 days since purchase but less than 45days?

Go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received Dispute.

If the seller does not refund you, and cannot prove delivery, Paypal will refund you and go after him for their money. He will have other fallout.

Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement. It will not arrive before the 45 day deadline. You want a cash refund.

If the item arrives after you have been refunded, go to Paypal's Send Money service and repay the refund.

You have 60 days to leave feedback. Wait until Day 59 in case the item is late.

If more than 45 days have passed, go to the credit card you really paid with and phone their 1-800 customer service number. Ask the clerk about a chargeback.
