looking for help to open a claim on purchases made a while ago

would like to open  claims but everytime i try to search the purchased item it wont open to contact page.

i have 1 item that never arrived and 1 item that was defective

the item that never arrived the seller blocked me and i can't resolve the issue after they gave me the run around.

the item that was defective the seller kept asking me if  i wanted another item or they would talk to partner about getting it resolved.

its been a month of this running around trying to get my money back

can someone please help. i just need a customer service rep to help me open a claim

For the Item-Not-Received (INR) when was the estimated delivery date?

You have only 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an eBay Dispute.

The Resolution Centre is at the bottom of this page.

If you are past the deadline (or have lost track of dates) you can open a Dispute in Paypal for 180 days (six months) from Payment.

The PP Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.

If you can't find your item through eBay, check your Paypal account. They hold onto info for over seven years.
