I suspect this might be browser based. I went into your account and picked the first sold item in My eBay (162261336229), went to view Order Details, selected the printer friendly version and printed it. I did this both from eBay.ca and from eBay.com, and the printouts came out in exactly the same size. Can you tell me more about what browser you're using and what exact steps you're taking to get to the page that you're printing?

That charity option allows sellers to donate a percentage of the listing's proceeds to charity. When enabled, that option shows up on the listing so buyers know that the seller is doing this. You can get more info on how it works here (pardon the link to .com):

Unfortunately Promotions Manager isn't on the roadmap for Canada in 2017. We are facing roadblocks that are currently unsolvable for this project.

When I do a calculation for 4,000 listings of book the insertion fee for fixed price listings is the same for all three levels of a store.... That is 5 cents
When it is for 4,000 listings of Collectables the insertion fee is 20 cents for a Basic store, 10 cents for a Premium Store and 5 cents for an Anchor Store.
Why does it do this for books....
When eBay's store fees are checked, the fixed price insertion fee varies among store level.

I'm having trouble coming up to the same results as you. Can you tell me specifically what you put in the fields? Here is what I put, and I got different insertion fees for each store tier in both Books and Collectibles.

Turbo Lister - I use turbo lister as a back up, history of listings and sales. I have found it valuable for many reasons but those 2 being the most important to me. Now I understand that turbo lister is going the way of the dodo bird in 2017.
When you have sellers like me that have over 1,000 listings and many times sell the same item over the years, you refer to turbo lister frequently. When did I have that for sale, what was I selling it for, what issue was it. It is important to me that we have many years of history of sales and listings and have some type of back-up of our listings.
One of the other things about turbo lister I liked was that you could work on it without being on line, that again is important. Now I understand that seller hub will not allow that.

I can't find a request in your post?
It's true that there will be need to change your ways of working once you switch from TL to Seller Hub. If that helps, SH will work with templates, which you can save and use for repeating listings. I'm not sure about how far back SH can keep your history, or whether there will be a way to download and save your listings or reports that may fill the same need. What I would recommend is to opt into SH on eBay.com now and familiarize yourself with it as much as possible,m so you can figure out how to make it meet your needs. That way you can train yourself to use it while continuing to use TL for the time being.
