Claim Time

Hi everyone.

I have a quick question.

I bought an item from a user, who is shipping from China.

It has been 31 days and the item has not arrived yet. Normally I'd get an Item from China within 30 days.

I wanted to know what the last date is for when I can file a claim to get my money back?

I'm thinking of waiting another week before I do so, that is unless there is a 30 day limit?

If I remember correctly, someone said you have 40 or 45 days to claim if a item has arrived or not?

If,after you open the item not received dispute,the seller promises a refund if you close the dispute,ignore him.Close the dispute for no reason other than receipt of the item as once closed for any reason,a dispute cannot be re-opened.

Escalate to a claim as soon as possible.
