seller sell fake gold she said it was 10 k solid white gold and it was 925 sterling silver and then said I was lying the she had indeed posted 925 sterling silver...she is a liar !!!

Just what I do - if it's advertised as sterling silver, I want to zoom in on a picture saying .925. Same thing if it's advertised as white or yellow gold - I want to zoom in on the stamp. If those pictures aren't there I either don't buy or ask the seller to put one up.

If the price is too good to be true, it probably is.
Open an item Not As Described dispute.
You will be required to return the disputed item to the seller using proof of delivery (NOT shipping, delivery).
When Paypal can see that the seller has the item back, they will refund you and go after the seller.
Don't buy anything from overseas, unless you understand the high cost of returning it should a refund be wanted.
