Does the seller allow purchases from overseas? Was there a shipping fee listed for Canada?
Most European purchases take less time than North American shipments, because Europeans tend to use Air Mail (and charge for it).
If more than 15 days have passed since payment, contact the seller and ask date of shipment, service used and tracking number.
There may not be a tracking number, and that's not a problem for you as a buyer.
You can file an Item Not Recieved Dispute, but I'd wait until Day 30 after purchase. It should certainly have arrived by then.
