My buyer in the US put a PO Box to be delivered to, but UPS don't
deliver to Box numbers. I cancelled the item and refunded the buyer. How
do I get reembursed for my purchased label unscanned?
I have noticed this so often that I'm getting suspicious that something
is clearly wrong. There is just no way my item can be viewed literally
immediately after posting, unless |"m missing something. Am I?
I understand that ebay are saying that the charge on postage is to curb
abusing the seller from making money on the postage, but can anyone
explain to me how the charge by ebay itself is not a dishonest charge?
