Why did EBAY not contact me about a dispute. Buyer waited 44 days after payment.I never heard from the buyer.He filed a claim with pay pal and received a refund.Paypal emails went into junk mail when I was away.I check my ebay daily and not one notic...

A buyer from Nov. 26 received a refund through paypal.

A buyer received a refund through paypal. The item was delivered Nov.26. I received no notice from ebay.The package was sent insured and with tracking.Refund given Jan.30. Can buyers go around ebay with a claim.
