Has Ebay consider the situation if someone who just paid the money to
buy the product ; subsequently the sellers asked to cancelled the order,
walk away and didn't do the refund. What is the protection?
FOR THOSE FLOWERS AND PLANTS SELERS ATTENTIONI!!! Is it a good idea
