Opened a case in the resolution center, click take action and case info is unavailable what do i do?

hi,i recently sold an item and the buyer changed her mind.i then opened a case in the resolution centre to cancel the order so i could get a credit fee.7 days later the buyer hasn't responded to my request to cancel the order.When i click take action...

sold a item, buyer doesn't want it anymore. how do i delete item so i won't pay seller fees?

I recently sold an item, a few days avec the auction was over buyer sends me a message saying she doesn't want the item anymore. How do i delete the item so it doesn't appear as a sold item on my seller Dashboard and do i have to pay the seller fees ...
