If an item arrives not as described...ie broken, possibly in shipping,
possibly before shipment what is the proper procedure? How does one
recover the taxes and shipping paid to the GSP not the seller? Who pays
return shipping?
Basically it comes down to do nothing until he opens a case. Then either
offer the $60 or full refund plus shipping. There really are no other
options that will not be worse for you in the end. Realistically paying
return shipping plus a full refund ...
