Drop off at the eIS hub
Summary: seller_news_team provides details about a new feature for eBay International Shipping (eIS) users. Sellers can now drop off eligible eIS packages at the Mississauga hub themselves, avoiding additional shipping costs. The post explains the drop-off process, including location, hours, and requirements for package readiness. This option offers flexibility and cost savings for sellers who are able to utilize it.
If you use eBay International Shipping (eIS), you now have another way to get your packages to our Mississauga hub and save on the cost of shipping them there.
Instead of using a domestic carrier, you can drop off eligible eIS packages at the hub yourself, at no additional cost.
How drop-off works
When your item sells with eBay International Shipping, go to the Orders page on Seller Hub, and click the three-dot icon. Select “Print packing slip and more”, check “Address label”, and print. Package your item so it’s ready to ship, then bring it to the hub during drop-off hours.
You can choose drop-off whenever it works for you. There’s no need to update your shipping policies or use this option for every eIS order.

What this means for you
