New requirements when you update your trading card listings
Summary: A participant announced that starting October 23, 2023, sellers must use new condition requirements and descriptors when updating listings for single trading cards on eBay. This includes mandatory fields such as Graded, Ungraded, Grader, Grade, and Card Condition, with an optional Certification Number. This policy also applies to those using the Bulk Listing and Editing tool, ensuring compliance during the Relist and Sell Similar processes. Starting Monday, October 23, 2023, you’ll be required to use one of our new conditions and their respective condition descriptors when updating your existing listings for single trading cards.
That means sellers can choose one of the new conditions and their respective descriptors:

For our Bulk Listing Tool sellers, in addition, sellers who use the Bulk Listing and Editing tool will also be required to use one of the new conditions and their respective condition descriptors when creating listing via the Relist and Sell Similar flows.
