Bought an items on Ebay has been stuck at the Shipping Hub for a week with no updates? | Buying

I bought an item on eBay, from the US. It got to the shipping hub in 2 days. It is now been a week, and all it says has Arrived at shipping hub. No further updates. I bought 3 items 1 came from the US 1 from Singapore, and 1 from China. Both of the other packages have arrived. The US one is still stuck? and I can find no way to get an update. This is the second time this has happened, last time it never arrived and was deemed lost. I am now keeping an eye, and if I see an item using Ebays shipping... I prefer to not use it. Since items are either very delayed or never arrive.
