i just had an ebay order from BC to me in the GTA shipped by Chit Chtas. They use GTA GSM in the toronto area, which is a courier i've never heard of. However, they hand off the package to Metro Supply Chain.....they are the worst courier service i have ever dealt with. 3 packages sent to me (without knowing they were going to do final mile delivery) never arrived. All 3 times they made 2 fake delivery attempts, punched in 'delivery failed' and the packages were returned to sender. Avoid using Chit Chats Canadian delivery service.

·Aug 9, 2026 at 5:55 PMI've had few orders coming from BC (I'm also in the GTA) via Chit-Chats, but never had any issues with them. It's been a while (more than a year) since, and I remember the last mile delivery service was Dragonfly.
I'm not familiar with Metro, either.

OPAug 10, 2026 at 3:17 AM · EditedDragonfly is fine....they used to be Intelcom, who made me shudder at one time, but for the last couple of years they've been good...no problems. Metro Supply Chain is crap though....they are like intelcom and uni uni used to be.

I’m just thinking that the choice of last mile carrier probably isn’t made by Chit Chats, sort of like how FedEx and UPS shipments bound for rural or remote locations get handed off to Canada Post without any input from the consignee.
