You may be better to open a new account for, and use this one only for buying.
Or to use a buying account, which would have 100% FB, as your selling account.

Item Not Recieved (INR) or Not As Described(NAD).
In addition new sellers don't understand how fees are calculated.
And are often unaware of how they get paid by eBay.
Starting with the last- New sellers have an automatic Hold on customer payments for up to 30 days against customer satisfaction.
Are you registered with Managed Payments?
If you are not, eBay cannot transfer your customers' payments to your chequing account.
Fees are calculated on the buyer's ENTIRE payment, including sales taxes and shipping fees.
This is standard throughout the payment processing industry, but MP and Paypal are a little more transparent about it.
Calculate 20% of your selling price as fees and you won't be too far wrong.
Not As Described - the buyer doesn't have to prove anything or even get in touch with the seller to open an NAD claim under the Money Back Guarantee.
It is a courtesy for the buyer to let the seller know there is a problem, but not a requirement.
The seller is allowed to demand the return of the NAD item before returning.
The seller is required to supply return shipping to the buyer.
NotReceived - the buyer has up to 30 days to report and Claim an INR.
The seller can win by supplying the tracking number showing delivery.
The seller often finds that giving that number showing the item is In Transit eBay usually allows enough time for delivery to be accomplished.
If the seller did not track they lose the Claim. Period. No appeal.
If the tracking shows delivery, but the item was not recieved - it gets complicated.
The loss may be porch pirates, which is a police matter.
The loss may be the False Zipcode Scam , which is complicated plus.
Which is your problem?
