They just got back to work from strike. There was probably a bunch of backlog to catch up on so that may be delaying your parcels.

If this is the case, there could be a number of reasons for the delay. How long, exactly, has the parcel been in customs?
Intelcom is the last mile carrier, so most likely, the issue is with customs, and not with them.

·1 year agoA Tuesday holiday encourages some workers to take a long weekend and add in the public holiday.
Similarly in the USA Friday was a national holiday making a long weekend.

Tuesday was a holiday and that may have messed with things a bit.
