Didn't get what I paid for . Ebay not helping me get money back for item damaged and destoyed .

June 17 , shipping history shows item damaged and destroyed and undeliverable in ebay shipping facility, now I'm out $401.86 Cdn. Ebay closed my case and now wont have anything to do with me . Where is my $401.86 ? Ebay doesn't care for buyers , why did they close my case #53xxxxxx ?? Where is my money ? !!! At first the item was reported as delivered, then I told them to check shipping history which showed the item as damaged,destoyed and undeliverable ,the person on phone agreed case will be reopened and refund should follow . What is going on with Ebay ,there is NO customer service or delivery garantee . And that is exactly what shipping history showed , " Damaged, Destroyed and Undeliverable " . My order#16-xxxxxx
