Do NOT buy anything from UK sellers that use EBAY Global Shipping

What happened to the items? Totally legit unrestricted shell cameos lot for parts or repair that the Global Shipping Dept (whoever the F that is) deemed restricted so they would not complete the transaction from UK to US. This is total BS! Can't get an answer to why EBAY/or whoever kept the items will not return them to the seller or complete the transaction to me. I buy 100s of shell cameos per year & this is the first time this has happened - TOTALLY NO ACCOUNTABILITY on Ebay's part - Do the destroy the items. resell them, or just steal the stuff?

·11 months agoCameos, or any jewlery made of seashells, can be detained for examination and could be confiscated by customs authorities, if they are deemed in contravation with wildlife protection laws.
And I understand your frustration, but your headline is tendentious and inaccurate. I've purchased quite a few items from sellers in the UK, which then are shipped through eBay's Global Shipping, and have yet to encounter an issue. (As opposed as with the infamous EIS program, for sellers in the USA).
