Anyone from Canada have a package shipped by eBay to DHL ecommerce and haven’t had an updated scan in two weeks? It left melrose distribution Center and then nothing after that. Last scan was April 2 2026. Two of my packages are missing. I’ve never had this happen before. I know it was right before Easter long weekend, but come on already! I paid taxes and customs on both those and now I’m out money!
I've had a BIG problem with eBay.com's eIS program and DHL. DHL has not been scanning the items in when passing them on to CPO, and when there's duty owing that means I can't prepay. As a result I'm expected to Uber across town to the depot to pick the items up there at an added cost of about $30.
As a result, I've stopped using eIS and am now having the items shipped to a freight forwarder instead.
I use CrossBorder pickups (Thank you to Record Peddler for that suggestion.). The cost is about the same and items arrive much faster at about the same cost without the added hassle.
I think @laniandmathew is (are?) referring to the DHL facility in Melrose Park, Illinois, which is about a half hour’s drive from the GoSincro / eIS hub in Glendale Heights.

When was it ordered? When was it due /last estimated date for delivery?
Yes, that's more important than whether or not the item has tracking information.
What's the date of expected delivery of the packages? If they are both late, you can file INR claims. If not, you could try contacting DHL or eBay.
FYI, I just got a package coming from Mexico (via Correos de México and CP) which was stuck at customs (Mississauga) for about a week. That could be the source of the delay.
My brother had the same happen for 2 packages through eIS -- after clearing, no scans showing until yesterday when they showed at the local delivery depot. Both are now delivered.
