EIS to Canada - Two packages traveling in same DHL container, only one “received” by TForce
Summary: baz_laz_1115 is experiencing a discrepancy with two packages sent through DHL eCommerce that cleared Canadian customs simultaneously. One package has been marked "received" by TForce while the other has not. john_koenig99 suggests the delay might be due to a secondary inspection, but baz_laz_1115 clarifies that both packages cleared customs at the same time, suggesting the issue is not with customs.
Have had two packages traveling in the same DHL eCommerce container clear Canadian customs at the exact same time (same timestamps and departure scans).
One package was marked as “received” by TForce, but the other has not been.
I have had DOZENS of packages processed by DHL and then TForce, and in my experience, packages traveling in the same container are usually scanned as “received” in close succession (within hours).
This is the first time I’ve seen a discrepancy where one package was marked as “received” while the other had not been, despite presumably traveling from DHL together. Anyone else experience a situation like this?

·2 weeks agoMy guess? A delay due to a secondary search of the unscanned package. Not uncommon for US CBP.

OP2 weeks agoAs per DHL tracking, both packages cleared Canadian customs at the same time, so I presume it’s not held up at customs?

·2 weeks agoYes, I meant Canadian customs. I first thought it was going from Canada to the US.
