Guy who verbally abused me in messages and in his response to my negative feedback gets it scrubbed

EBay wouldn’t let me return the items that were found on other sites (printed matter) for much less and were not as he represented them. They wanted me to pay for shipping back to him and it wasn’t about the items being mis represented, I should be allowed to immediately cancel a sale from someone who writes you and calls you names and curse words and tells you to lie about the product and sell it somewhere for 10x and that he’s gotten people to do it before. Then you just cut it off yourself and are wanting nothing to do with this person who pops up and calls you a manic crazy victim and how he doesn’t care about eBay and just the load of things calling me a drunk? Just vile things and in his response to negative feedback calls you yuk and a jekell and Hyde character because I was trying to give him opportunities to redeem himself by telling him take the item back I can remove feedback but no he writes insisting that I erase feedback them leave a positive and then he would pay for shipping. Clearly manipulation when I’m told by eBay to figure it out with him someone who’s aggressive and threatening. If it were to be public people would be like you would get banned for talking to someone like that because I sent him a message late nite didn’t think he would have alarms go off just saying I found one item cheaper because I ordered three items. And that is a problem as well because he won’t give you an invoice combined he makes a special listing so you can call out one item for one reason and other items are fine or have something else wrong. Regardless it’s sad that eBay took down my negative when it was up for months and I did not call him names I said he was abusive verbally and that he mis represented the items. How they are originally sold and the manner in which they are. EBay didn’t respond to me when I asked where my feedback went. And they assured that he would be sanctioned but I did not see how he was he still has his account running and if I was one of the artists that sees how he’s selling the items I don’t think I’d be happy. You can’t really help when someone gets your items and resells it sure but misrepresenting it and doing damage to peoples psyche by verbal attacks I’d be left feeling that my work is desecrated and eBay’s allowing this kinda intimidation and aggression which is contrary to having launches with artist and being of the 21st century when you shouldn’t allow this space to be a platform for verbal abuse.

You bought The Thing on eBay.

You paid for and received The Thing.

Later you found The Thing at al lower price elsewhere.

You asked to return it and get a full refund.

The seller refused.

EBay allows this because your reason was Buyer Remorse.

EBay would allow you to return The Thing if you paid shipping.

You refused.

EBay refused the cancellation.

You left negative feedback.

The seller lost his temper and called you names in private Messages .

He complained to eBay which removed your negative FB.

With the exception of the seller's temper tantrum, it's business, not personal.

No the order of things was different. He made up a different story about the way the item was sold and produced. I didn’t want anything to do with someone who has said terrible things to me and extorted me about removing my feedback. I had to remove it and leave a positive then he would pay for a refund. It is business but I don’t want anything in my home from somebody who has made verbal attacks. Then and there I should have the right to cancel my business with him. I appreciate you trying to help me brush it off and I have. Situations like this would not happen in public because I obviously would have walked away. I couldn’t it was online.
