I ordered a USB-C hub from a seller in China. It's been 12 days and the tracking hasn't update since dispatch.

Should I wait longer or contact the seller?

What's the average delivery time for such items?

If the expected delivery date passes, contact the seller. They may have tracking on it and didn't upload it. If they don't respond, file an item not received case.

Thank for the info! I'll give it a few more days and contact the seller if there's still no update. Hopefully it's just a delay in tracking, not the package itself. Appreciate the help!

When is the item estimated to arrive, according to the listing page or communication you’ve received from eBay or the seller? What is the shipping method being used?

Thanks for the reply! The estimated delivery was between Jun 20 and June 27, but it's already past that and still no updates. It was supposed to be shipped via Standard International
