Have you filed a Not Received claim?
You can do this for 30 days after the last estimated date for delivery.
The seller is not affected by the Claim, that's part of the eIS Seller Protection program.
If the shipment arrives after you have been refunded, eIS doesn't want it back,it' s yours.

·2 years agoSeriously, though, you were given an estimated delivery date range before you purchased the item. I’ve found it’s usually one and a half to three weeks to me on Vancouver Island. There usually isn’t much point in checking the tracking until a couple of days before that last estimated delivery date. If the item bounces over to Iqaluit before reaching me, it doesn’t matter as long as it’s considered “on time”.
Unless your item is late now, the delays are just considered part of the process. If it is late, consider filing a claim for a not-received item or making your complaint to eBay via their Facebook or X/Twitter accounts.
