I've had a package stuck At the eBay international hob in Glendale Heights. The package Has been sitting at the hub since May 24 two weeks with no update to shipping. I've checked parcel app and the only tracking associated with the item is the initial shipping carrier that dropped it off two weeks ago. I definitely want the item that was shipped and I do not want to refund. The actual shipping delivery date is June 17. Any advice/experience with this matter would be appreciated.

·2 years agoI've ordered two items that were forwarded through eBay International Shipping and they both arrived at the latest delivery date in the delivery window, although I don't think they spent more than a week at the hub.
My advice/experience is to kick back, relax, and don't check the tracking again until June 17. It really doesn't make any difference where your item is while in transit. The important thing is to receive it or get a refund if it looks like it isn't going to show up.
My thoughts as a semi-reformed tracking geek is that we buyers have been oversold on the value of tracking. It gives us the illusion of control over the shipment and then we get all tied up in knots when we find out we don't actually have that control.
