How can i get to speak to a LIVE AGENT with eBay?! Ive been with them since 2022 and was always able to speak to someone if there was a problem. I purchased an item on Dec 3 from China delivery date between Dec 16 to 23.The seller hasnt provided correct answers since delivery time . They are now saying its been delivered as of yesterday Dec 29, gave two delivery times being early morning both times morning. That they tried sround 7?? am and 11:?? am. The mail dsnt run around here till 4:00 pm. Where i live u cant miss it. I cant reach ebay anymore! So how can i get my money back it use to be very simple. Ive only had two other times with a problem and they were taken care of . So what now?!
