Seller sent 2 tracking number for 1 product. New Scam method? | Buying

Hi,I’m from Canada, bought item from a seller in China. Normally delivery is like 20-30 days.Seller have no feedback.The seller ship the item but provide a DHL tracking from Hong Kong to Hong Kong.Then he send another tracking from China to Canada.He said they need to ship it to the warehouse and from the warehouse it will send to Canada.Which don’t make sense. Why need 2 tracking ?Now my order show Deliver but if check tracking there 2 tracking.Is the seller try to run down the discute time claim? Is it a scam?Thanks!
