I ordered a bag on February 17 for around $62 USD plus shipping. The tracking shows it's still in Illinois and will be delivered by DHL. My question is, will it be affected by the 25% tariff when it arrives in Canada?

eBay International Shipping (eIS) doesn’t work exactly the same way as the Global Shipping Program (GSP), the latter being defunct on the US site but still chugging along on the UK site, last time I checked.

·1 year agoUnless the bag was actually manufactured in the United States, which I suspect is very unlikely, it won't be affected by the tariff. More info here:
