unable to do a return
it says that the seller accept returns until the 6 of December but when I try to ask for a return, it's says that the window of return is closed. Can you please help me with that.

·2 years agoCan you open a Claim for Not As Described or Buyer Remorse-- the usual reasons for return?
The December 6 date is probably the last date you can open a Claim.

Why do you need to return it?
