·9 months agoWhich is one reason why I suggest in many posts on these discussion boards that tracking is largely useless for buyers. Checking the tracking while the item is en route doesn't make the item arrive any faster or in any better condition and it gives buyers the illusion that they somehow have control over the shipment.
Stop checking the tracking until just before the estimated delivery period if you're concerned about porch piracy. Your circulatory system will appreciate the drop in your blood pressure.

The parcel has reached the eIS plant, and will soon be on its way to Canada.

·2 years agoIt means that the carrier actually handed the package(s) to someone at the door who signed for them. They were not left unattended on the dock.
It also means that from here on, your seller has fulfilled their responsibility for delivery, and any future problems with delivery will still be handled under the eBay Money Back Guarantee, but backed by the eIS program.
