Yes, but there are limited options. I would not recommend surface. Here is a tool for checking. Format for weight is 0.00. As an example if you enter in 50 for 50 grams it will not work. It does not mirror shipping labels.

They do have it, but the only somewhat cost effective options are untracked which I personally wouldn't do to the Middle East. Whatever you decide, send it via air. DO NOT send it ground.
If you want it tracked, your best option is probably to buy a PostNL Tracked label through Stallion Express and send it that way. If you don't live near a drop point, you may have to ship it to Stallion.
If you don't live near Stallion and don't care about tracking, then your best bet is probably Canada Post Small Packet International Air through either eBay or EasyShip (which is a little bit cheaper).
