Could Not Open Case for Refund
Summary: brianong is seeking advice on how to open a case for an international refund after their parcel failed to arrive. Despite the estimated delivery dates being exceeded, they are unable to open a case and have confirmed with their local postal service that the parcel is likely lost. Additionally, they are unable to contact the seller as they have not received any responses to their messages.
Hi guys, would need some advice here. This is my first time facing this issue.
I could not open case for an international refund even the estimated delivery dates has passed.
I am sure that my parcel is lost on the way to my country and has verified it with my local pos.
The seller is also non contactable as he did not reply to any of my message.
Please share some opinion or guide to help me on opening the case for refund. Thanks :)

Maybe eBay has a different policy for items not received (INR) in your country?
In any case, as the screenshot that you shared indicated, you can contact your payment provider (credit card company or bank) and open a case with them. If you used PayPal, it's easier.
