Difficulty changing banking info - RBC bank transit number not being recognized

Is anyone having this issue?
We banked with HSBC for our ebay account for 20 years. Now that RBC bought HSBC, our accounts have to be changed to RBC accounts. However, when we try and upload the new banking information, ebay rejects the 6 digit transit number. We have contacted ebay on at least 6 occasions and not getting any replies other than saying they are escalating the issue. RBC is one of the largest banks in the world and the transit number is their main branch in Toronto!

·1 year agoI have my 5 digit transit number and ebay still won't accept my RBC transit number? what do i need to do? I can't find anything that helps

·1 year agoIs the account you created on eBay dot com (US) or eBay dot ca (Canada)? Are you entering it in eBay dot com (US) or eBay dot ca (Canada)? Is your RBC bank account in the USA or Canada?

·1 year agoEbay.ca and account was created in Canada. RBC account is Canadian as well.
