funds on hold
Summary: filamenthead expressed frustration over eBay holding their funds due to insufficient sales and past transaction issues involving refunded sales of speaker tweeters. These sales were refunded because eBay's global shipping was unable to complete the transactions without clear explanation. john_koenig99 clarified that this situation is not technically blacklisting and agreed that the issue seems to be with eBay's shipping process, not the seller's actions.
i have had ebay put funds on hold , i inquired as to why and was told that i did not make enough sales in a certain time frame , this really pissed me off ! and to add insult to injury they further stated that i had 2 previous sales refunded , the 2 sales in question i used the ebay global shipping and when the items reached there at their shipping hub i was told that the shipping and transaction could not be completed , the items were speaker tweeters , as a result ebay refunded the buyer and i got to keep the sale , this happened on 2 differant occasions to the same address in the USA and both similar items with no explanation as to why the tweeter sales could not be shipped to the USA . that issues has been added to my profile and
now ebay is saying part of the reason in addition to not enough sales made this issue of holding funds has benn added to my profile .
in other words i have basically been BLACK LISTED !
has anyone else experienced the same and what did you do about it ?

·2 weeks ago · EditedTechnically, that's not blacklisting. But I agree with you that the second reason for having now your funds on hold (for how long?) has nothing to do with you, but with eBay not doing their job and making sure that the items you sold to the US buyers were actually allowed to be imported to the US.
