I'm getting charged by eBay and I have no idea why.

I just recently got an email from eBay saying that there's an upcoming charge of $20.92 to my account and I don't understand why.
On my payment activity page it says this:
"Your total funds are below C$0.00 due to outstanding selling costs. The next attempt to charge your [my card] will be on Mar 23. Any incoming transactions may change this date."
Does anybody know what this means or has anybody had the same problem? I don't want to pay these charges if I don't know what they're for.

·6 months agoAs an occasional seller, your customer's payment is Held for up to 30 days.
But fees and shipping labels are charged almost immediately.
You don't have a Store, so it is not a monthly subscription fee.

·6 months agoIt's usually something like shipping labels that eBay hasn't charged for yet (there can be a sizable delay sometimes). I've had a crazy amount of them over the past few days. The recent activity on the Payments page should tell you what they're for.

·6 months agoThis usually happens when you've been paid out, and then a delayed label charge (or store subscription) is processed and you don't have funds to cover the amount.
If you make another sale before the charge takes place, it will use the new funds first and not charge your card/bank if your funds were increased enough from any new sales.
Check your transactions to see what transactions were made after payout:

·6 months agoI've had it happen a few times when between a payout and the time my store subscription fee is due, I haven't had enough sales revenue to cover the fee.
