Anybody had COO China item sale where buyer was charged flat 100 USD tariff? (Fedex, UPS etc??) | Selling

Does it come often or is it rather only in some circumstances?I am still curious when the 100 USD flat tariff gets charged. That is the option for some private couriers to charge. That is supposed to go to 200 USD at some point now. Has anybody experienced this when buyer was charged this flat rariff?
