Anyone else have issues with Stallion's new portal?

BTW, I wrote this with paragraphs and edited it twice, and eBay is deleting the paragraphs. OK, so I set up a SKU, used a one word description in "customs description" then they changed it and it has to be two words. No problem, I updated the SKU. On the new portal when I go to ship, it draws the information that used to be there (before I updated) and gives me the error that customs description must be at least 2 words. Not in the SKU nor in the shipping screen is a place where I can see what it says or updated it. I went into the old portal and recalled my saved shipment and under customs description it shows what it used to say (not what I updated it to), but it allows me to change it right there so I can continue and print the label. I have some 15 SKUs this is a problem with, I've updated all the SKUs and Stallion made it possible to do that, yet their portal is drawing the information that was originally there when the SKU was first set up. My only work around is to make new SKUs, but then I have to go through CUSMA approval again if it's Canada/Mexico. Making new SKUs will bi-pass the problem so I can ship, but now I have duplicate SKUs of some things. I've opened a ticket with Stallion showing them screen shots of the SKU, the shipment screen (which draws the correct information), but Customs Description is a hidden field on the new portal, so I had to show where I saw it was incorrect in the old portal. I'm very nervous about them discontinuing the old portal, this is how I've been able to ship with all the problems that keep cropping up. I don't imagine this will affect too many people as I'm sure most people did not use single word descriptions for items. But it's a coin, the description will give the denomination year and composition when I fill that in and ship, for customs description it says "coin". I updated all the SKUs that were affected with "collectible coin" for the customs description but it's pulling old information when I actually go to ship. C.

I saved a shipment and went back to it later, it populated in the right hand window pain and in that pain under "item" was "item description" and "customs description" both could be edited. So I think that's my new work around until they fix it so I can put it in when I first create the shipment (as it stands now I need to save it and come back to it later to edit customs description field).
