Baffled by new Offers system
Summary: The discussion subject "Baffled by new Offers system" initiated by femmefan1946 consists of brief and unspecified exchanges. Neither complaints nor clarifications were detailed, leaving a lack of context regarding the specific concerns or opinions about the Offers system. Other participants, such as jtg204 and flipistics, also contributed without clear content, similarly leaving the issue unexplained.
Besides using Best Offer on most of my listings, I have been from time to time, going through my Active Listings and making specific Offers on "eligible" listings.
As of last week, I cannot figure out how to reliably do this.
There used to be a "button" on the Active Listings page which showed which listings were eligible.
That disappeared, and there is sometimes, but not apparently always, a place hidden under Marketing on a drop down, which might or might not allow me to choose which listings to make offers on.
It is also more difficult to make a Note on theActive Listings that I have made such an Offer.
My Offers are usually based on how long something has been in stock, so this becomes a real annoyance.

·9 months ago@femmefan1946 You should see them in multiple places if anything is eligible. The top one opens the offer system up in a popup window. The second one acts like a filter on your listings and opens it up in place. Alternatively, you can just bookmark https://www.ebay.ca/sh/lst/active?offers=sendNewOffers

·9 months agoI get the buttons if I click the eligible button filter button at the top. Otherwise, 'send offers' is in the '...' actions button next to 'edit' in the actions column when eligible.

That shows on my dotCA listings, but not on my dotCOM listings.

The "send offers" I finally figured out, does allow me to delete listings I don't want to make Offers on.
But the older system allowed me to make Offers from my Active Listings, on which I have notes about previous Offers, date of listing, etc. which are useful in making decisions.
I am old and set in my ways.
