Bug: Can't send $ offers to buyers on mobile anymore, only % ones
Summary: kdal8689 reports an issue with the mobile app on Android in Canada, where they can only send percentage discounts to buyers instead of the option for either dollar or percentage discounts, as before. This problem does not occur on the desktop version. kdal8689 asks for the issue to be investigated and fixed, noting that it complicates sending offers to buyers. recyclagest-bruno confirms experiencing the same issue.
This started a few days ago on the mobile app (Android) in Canada. For individual listings where I could send an offer to an interested buyer, I could send either a $ discount or a % discount. It now only gives me the option to send a % discount.
Normally if you select multiple listings that have send offer, it only lets you send % discounts. I think the bug has set it into this mode even if you only are sending an offer on one listing.
No problems on desktop.

Hi @kdal8689 ! Thank you for reporting this issue with offers. The Product team is aware of the issue and there is an open ticket under ALERT16966. They are working to have a solution rolled out asap and you can use the ticket number if you reach out to customer support to have your account added as an example.
