Buyer message: Returns ?
Summary: A participant opened a discussion about the process of returns, but unfortunately, no details are provided by any of the contributors in this conversation.
I received this message from a possible buyer: "Hi, Do you accept returns. It says you do within 30 days (referring to the Ebay In'tl Ship), but when you click into the item description it says you do not."
I have never accepted a return, which is why I state no returns on my site & don't want to have this on my record, since I'm aware of a possible return or abuse from a buyer. It is for a high priced Versace Couture Suit, which some people might buy and use/wear for a special occasion & then return. What is the best recourse ?

·8 months agoeIS has their own return policy which overrides yours if the item is sent via eIS, but it's something that eBay deals with so you don't have to worry about it. Once you get the item to the hub, your responsibility essentially ends.
