OP10 months agoIt worked out OK. I emailed him and told him to bring the number. He brought a paper copy of the email. Worked perfectly. Infact the guy was so nice he gave me for free a NEW Sealed CD Rare OOP which is worth over $100. So I am very happy. "Marvin Gaye - In Our Lifetime Ltd. 2 CD set sealed OOP RARE" look it up. He only paid $12 for mine. I almost feel I should refund him.

It seems you've actually found a customer that understands how much work goes into finding, listing, selling and in your case "delivering" the item along with the associated paperwork and it was very nice for them to do something extra for you to recognize that!
I'd see this as a pat on the back and try to keep that in mind whe the next pain in the ?ss buyer comes along, as we know there'll be more of them than great customers like this!
For sure you'll remember this customer and I'm sure they'll have above and beyond customer service for ever more!
Glad to see a happy result!!!!

·10 months agoIf this OOP item sells, you can still send him part of the profit if you want to. That is what I would do. But it's your choice. It sure is great to see there are still great people like him.

·10 months agoDoes the seller have access to Internet? They don't really need a cellphone, but some way to access eBay's messages to retrieve the code.
