Been on ebay since 1996 and this is a first. Sold a pair of booties, Fly London, vintage, so the numbers are kind of curvy. They are marked 37 but not super obvious as part of the 3 is worn down, so I added measurements and said they were a definite 7, because I am and they're perfect. Buyer requested return because they didn't fit and says there's no way they're a 37. However, before she requested return, she left me a nice negative saying hope the refund process is easy...
