Buyer wants to remove or revise their feedback. How do they do that?

A buyer left me a negative but it was not for my item. When I asked them to please delete or revise it they replied:

"Absolutely .. how do i do that .. or can you .. not IT savvy"

A buyer cannot start the process and delete or revise the feedback. However, you can ask the buyer to revise the feedback.

On my 'feedback received as a seller' page there are 3 options beside the negative:

Report this buyer

Request Revision

Is the Request Revision option the step I need to take now?

I want to make sure I get this right...
